A delightful idea. In all honesty, though, I'd be satisfied with something modest and easy to manage. Why are all the so-called "over 50" developments luxury places?

Well… we know why it's that way. Developers only want to build for big ticket sales. Even if I could afford it, I wouldn't want it. Frankly, luxury is too much trouble to keep up.

Give me easy to manage and comfy – that's all the luxury I need.
