Absolutely this is true. But, it's so much worse than that. I just read this: "[In] a statement from Slate reporter Mark Joseph Stern pointing to passages in the draft opinion… “Alito’s draft opinion explicitly criticizes Lawrence v. The Civil Rights and Voting Rights Acts qualify as "rights that are not 'deeply rooted in history' by such interpretations.
