Actually, their argument is more that THEY cannot win with Biden at the top of the Democrat ticket. It's not about Biden at all, IME. It's all about them and that they apparently do not have the electoral support of their constituencies in their own right — they seem to be saying they can only get elected if the candidate for POTUS carries them.
