…ask what the politicians crowing over what looks to be their long sought victory say about all those other issues. For example, look at what Sen. Mike Braun said about Virginia v. Loving, just recently – that's the decision decriminalizing interracial marriage. Look at what they're doing and say about LGBTQ rights this very minute. Sen. Marsha Blackburn said in Ketanji Jackson Brown's nomination committee hearings that Griswold v. Connecticut was "legally unsound" – in case you missed it, that was the decision legalizing contraception access.
There are plenty of examples of rightwing serving politicians espousing the undoing of all the things you're poo-pooing. And they simply do not need to fret about the overwhelming majority who oppose them. The red state senators only serve about 18% of the nation's population. Through gerrymandering, they've suppressed liberal votes so that the real numbers of conservative populations actually works out to something like 6% of the whole US population. Those republican politicians only need to worry about that 6% – and, they're all-in for the most extreme cis-whiteness imaginable.
