At this point, I'm sorry, but they do bear some blame. Every woman knows another woman or women who've been victimized. Yet, no man every knows a man who is a victimizer. That's why they're so comfortable and ready with their "not all men" argument. It lets them keep not knowing the victimizers in their ranks. It's how they excuse "grab them by the pussy" as "locker room talk."
