"Broken Dreams" and "Sepulchre Seduction" were both about the same prior relationship. But, both those poems were also reflections of all those past relationship betrayals – both my own and those of people close to me.

And, yes… the "light after the pain" is the love and devotion and loyalty of my husband. Those are precious things, not easily given, to be treasured and held close. They are treasures in our souls.
