Could be Enyalios, the son of Ares by Enyo. Or, maybe Eros, the son of Ares by Aphrodite. As the toddler has wings, I would postulate it is Eros who was often depicted and a small child or very young youth. However, a search for "Enyo and Enyalios" does bring up that very image you used in your post.
