For me, it's the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese. I love the fries. But, I don't crave them. Plus, the sandwich is completely filling for me.
Of course, as a diabetic, I'm not supposed to have either and rarely do – maybe two or three times a year normally. When I was just out of the hospital and convelescing, while my husband was arranging meals, seemed like I had McD's a lot. In his defense, I have a lot of food allergies and it's difficult enough for him to navigate those while still providing something our teenager would eat too.
When was cooking again, it was back to turkey burgers and everything from scratch.
