The way they see it: What Medium did to them is indefensible. For them, that Medium acts like it's just business as usual is callous, at best.

What you're saying to them is the same thing the Navy chaplain said to my mother when she left my father after another of his infidelities. He told her to think how she could be a better wife so he wouldn't cheat. Then, he told her to take her children and go back to him, to make a better home for him so he wouldn't "need" to cheat.
