Gorgeous lanscapes. Art definitely moves us. One of my favorite activities is to linger in art museums and galleries. I even waxed poetic about it on occaision.

Painted pictures hung upon the wall…

Frozen moments stilled upon the canvas…

Rendered so to hold us enthralled.

From a long ago fading past,

Cracking pigments of depth and richness…

In each ephemeral face a story unfolds

From eyes that follow you where ‘ere you pass…

Eyes look back…

looking into the soul…

From painted pictures hung upon the wall.

Like doorways rendered to another place and time…

Do their stories play out when we’re not looking
