How can you not see the radical difference in your own comparison?

Moreover, it was democrats who gave us the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Act (which Republicans weakened), Roe v. Wade (which Republicans spenty fifty years trying to overturn and finally succeeded), the ACA (which Republicans tried seventy-one times to overturn), the Defense of Women Act (which Republicans are actively blocking), the only infrastructure package to actually pass in forty years (which Republicans are trying to defend), the only climate action taken (which Republicans keep trying to overturn or defend), support unions (which Republicans undermine and try to get rid of), the only gun legislation since Clinton (which Republicans are already trying to undermine), and so much more. Democrats aren't perfect. But, there really is no comparison.

Additionally, you are never going to be rid of political parties. Humans come together in groups of shared ideals. Always. In every political system. I agree we need more than two parties, though. Still, that cannot happen until the dissolution of the GOP. Other parties have dissolved or faded to obscurity before in America. It's time and past time the GOP followed them.
