I do actually cook something like cabbage rolls. We call it "stuffed cabbage" however. It's a rice and ground or shredded beef mixture wrapped in wilted cabbage leaves, then baked in a paprika and garlic spiced tomato sauce. I actually use brown rice in that dish.
