I don't "constantly tag other writers." I do, however, tag all the members of WE PAW Bloggers pub in new posts. The pub doesn't get daily new posts because it's a Facebook-group members only pub here; most of the FB members do not post regularly on Medium. I use the tags in that case to let them know a new post is available from our members. It's part of our FB group networking efforts.

Otherwise, I only tag someone if they are somehow specific to my theme or feature some way in the post.

I intensely dislike being included in a tag-wall by someone whom I've never seen engage on any of my work, though.
