I don't think I could be so blasé about it. My husband and I haven't been out to a restaurant since 2019 – because we can't afford a $50 check for one meal. That would feed the two of us for most of a week from the grocery store. Twenty-five dollars would buy the ingredients for a recipe I could make into five or six servings to be stored in the freezer.
