I don't think that can count in the old saying – after all, The Empire State Building has a lightning rod at its apex, actually intercepting strikes.

But, I have a brother-in-law who's been struck at least three times – once on his tractor, once in a field baling hay, and once sitting in front of an open window in his own kitchen.
