I don't think that's how it's calculated. At least, that's not been the case in the polls I've looked at. It's calculated as that percentage fewer votes for Trump, but not more for Biden. I think most of us understand that anyone who ever voted for Trump is NEVER going to vote for an Democrat. The best we expect from that percentage who won't vote for a convicted felon is that they just say home on Election Day.
