I don't use an app. I self edit. But then, I've been a proof-reader, copy-editor, and beta-reader.

However, the "WE PAW Publishing Guide" is a the publishing bible for all posts pushed to our group pub here on Medium. If you send a draft to the publication, the guide is the form it needs to follow.
