I felt the same way for all the time I was earning here. I was just so pleased to earn more than that annual fee. Until… the new algorithm kicked in. The new system quadrupled my meager earnings. I was elated. I made enough to cover my four high out-of-pocket meds ($50 each).

Then, Medium snatched it away and I was earning LESS than before the new algorithm. I'm still trying to get back to that old feeling. For all that the pay cut really slashed my feelings here, I still know Medium is the best platform going. I've been on a plethora of other platforms and none of them ever paid.
