I'm sure you know already, but a macchiato is made with extra espresso compressed into the shot filter (about half again the normal amount). The chocolat is a heaping tablespoon of raw cocoa melted into chocolate syrup. And, the brèvé means half the dairy volume, but steamed half-n-half.

I'm tellin' ya… that was some kinda rocket-fueled high after almost years!
