I had to make some changes in my practices on Medium too because I've grown in readership and reciprocation became overwhelming. I had to make some tough choices, ultimately opting to prioritize those who fully engage, especially commenters. I also had to make a really hard choice NOT to read every multiple post of some of my favorite writers to whom I subscribe. Some of them post as often as six or seven times a day.
