I have 25+ years experience in graphic arts and it drives me nuts that I can't control the layout more. I would love to see Medium add a content navigation option like WritersCafe offers users. I open the management window and all my posts there in one navigable list that lets me find the title and choose to open it, edit it, or to unpublish, etc.
