I have long said the increasingly extremist GOP will not be satisfied until they have supplanted our constitutional democratic republic with their Dominionist vision of a theocratic corporate feudal state where we are all expected to just shut up and work until we die. In 2016, I said they were two-thirds of the way there. Now, we're teetering on the precipice, with them already driving the nails into democracy's coffin.
