I hold out hope the SCOTUS will decline the cases. After all, state-run electoral systems are sacrosanct state's rights. If state's rights deserve precedence to control women's bodies -- even to their deaths, there's really no argument for interfering in states' electoral systems. Isn't that why they've been unspooling the Voting Rights Act?
