I just don't understand why folks put up with Texas politicians refusing to connect to the national grid system. There is no reason y'all have to put up with this. It's not like they're saving you money that way. I read how it's costing hundreds of millions every time this happens. And, that doesn't include the cost of life and health for people who require some tech or electrical devices to thrive – like your c-pap and my nebulizer, for example. Or, in summer, correct temperature control for a range of meds, including insulin.
