I made one meal for everyone. The only exception I made was that my son had to eat five bites of something he thought he didn't like before he could turn up his nose at it. If he still didn't want it, then I would make him a PBJ sandwich. There would not be another meal. And, by the time he was nine, he was making his own PBJ if he turned up his nose at what I prepared for the three of us.
