I make big pots of sauce and freeze that in single meal batches.

I will, once again, be making a crap load of spaghetti and freezing it in small containers, so I am in the zone, I can keep pushing!

I make big pots of sauce and freeze that in single meal batches. Then, I make the pasta fresh and just need to microwave the sauce to pour over it.
