I need my morning caffeine. But, I'm only supposed to have "a couple of cups" a day because of my blood pressure. I love a warm drink in cooler weather. But, if I drink caffeinated beverages (including soda) after around 11am, I will have trouble sleeping. Decaffeinated coffee would be a great option for later in the day when you want a warm drink, but not the caffeine.
