Maybe a little investigation is warranted to see if she really is the one who shared the post.

I once saw something on my father's feed that was horribly egregious, something that hurt me deeply. Come to find out, my dad didn't post anything. He rarely ever posted much beyond prayers, pictures of him with his family and/or grandkids, and harmless memes.

When I confronted him, he said he hadn't been on in a couple of weeks. And yes, I checked; there was an almost two week gap between posts. One of my sisters was his and my mother's carer in their last few declining years. As it turns out, she had used his laptop (which was always logged in) and posted something of her choosing on his profile.

IFD: That's not to say my father wasn't very conservative. He was a fundamentalist evangelical. I also cannot say he was a Trump supporter. He wasn't against him though. At least I know he never voted for him – only because he hadn't voted for anyone since Bush, Sr. He had no compunction admitting Trump was a horrible politician; sadly, it was always with a both sides or whataboutism qualifier. But, he was not an unkind person and it was a relief to know he hadn't made such an unkind post.
