I think a lot of our kids are struggling in similar ways. They came of age during the Pandemic and it seems pre-pandemic systems and methods do not work for them. Of course, the truth is, those well worn grooves weren't working for people before the Pandemic. Those grooves are deep caverns, if we're honest. Our students have felt trapped by them for decades now.

I wish I had answers. My own son is going through similar struggles. I think the Pandemic exposed what we already knew: the old ways don't work now. We need to forge new ways for our children's futures.
