I think everyone should have pre-marriage counseling as part of a course that includes financial planning, child development, and family counseling. I think it should be standard cirriculum for every person regarless of their relationship status. And, I believe people need a refresher course in all these areas at least once a decade. And, it should be a standard of continuing public education.
