I think we all want to make an impact in the lives of those communities we interact with. As a pastor, your impact is always going to be broader and reach more individuals. I think the best we can hope for is not knowing who we impacted; rather, we can know we did our best to be the good we want to see in our communities. Everything you've written of your life testifies that you did that everywhere you went. I'm certain people remember the lessons even if they don't recall from whom they learned.
