I understand that impulse, especially about fundamentalist and evangelical churches. It seems to me, those groups worship the organization and the printed Bible – removed from God and Jesus. I mean, for cripes sake, they're even starting to talk down Jesus. Did you hear about DJTJ calling Jesus "woke" and "weak?"
