I use blocking a lot myself. You have to, especially when you're a progressive woman fighting for women's rights and gender equality – especially when you're also inclusive and affirming.

I don't think it's creating an echo chamber to reject abuse. My profiles are like my house. I get to decide who gets to come in off the porch and sit a spell. I also get to decide when the proselytizer needs booting off my porch!
