I use vinegar all the time. I prefer Balsamic most of the time. Apple cider vinegar is a staple in Carolina BBQ sauce. A favorite snack is feta cheese with tomatoes drizzled in white Balsamic. I also make my own salad dressing with it. I have an adapted recipe for Sloppy Joes that uses a sweet Balsamic reduction (instead of apple cider vinegar), Worcestershire, sweet onions, sweet carrots and sweet gold bell pepper (instead of molasses) with tomato paste (instead of high fructose corn syrup laden ketchup).
