I used to do this with sketching.

I’m still not consistent about re-reading them every few months, but the daily writing practice is still helpful. I cannot describe how writing morning pages has become such a necessity for me, but somehow it seems to make space so that I can be clear to create. Which is ALL I want to do — CREATE!! Needless to say, I’m a fan.

I used to do this with sketching. Currently, I'm an artist without supplies – they're just so dang expensive. It's either art supplies or my medications. I think I might try the daily writing.
