I wish I could have come up with such amusements for all those holiday feasts witih kin. Now, my little family and I just don't do them. In fact, this year, I've got four drumsticks in the freezer, which I will slow roast. I'll serve it with mashed sweet potatoes, asperagus, and homemade yeast rolls. For dessert, I'm thinking apple dumplings.
