I would say this is the primary thing we need to do. We don't ever need to "see color" or their skin, hiar, eyes, or any physical attribute. We need to meet people on their own terms and hear them when they tell us their pain. And, we need to offer real understanding and help to assure everyone experiences a more just and equitable society. Humanity needs to learn to love the person, regardless of the packaging.
