IDK if there will be a deal. Spiro Agnew (Nixon's VP) cut a deal to resign as VP and never seek public office again in a plea deal to reduce the charges. He was about to be charged with multiple instances of criminal conspiracy, bribery, extortion and tax fraud. He pleaded to one count of tax evasion and never did time.

In all honesty, I don't really see Trump going to prison, primarily because of his required Secret Service protetion. It just doesn't seem likely to me that that protection detail would be forced to follow him to prison. I think it would take an act of Congress to strip that protection.
