If the ruling is handed down mirroring the way that opinion was written, the language opens up the possibility to undo the entire LGBTQ and civil rights. I've even seen arguments about the legality of birth control and privacy issues around sexual practices. According to some interpretations I've read, that could mean police invading someone's hotel room or bedroom to catch them "en flagrante delicto" – which is how they caught and prosecuted gays and interracial couples in the bad old days.

The language of that ruling, as you pointed out, has the potential to undo every social advancement since the drafting of the Constitution itself. And, as I pointed out in my essay, "The Right Sort of People," that language is deliberate. Alito is a self-described originalist – meaning essentially, if it wasn't native to the understanding and times of the Founding Fathers, it isn't legitimate.
