If your a Karen or a dick, yeah, you've created that possibility. It's not "complaining" to politely expect what you're paying. Those are the kinds of requests that gets your food spat in – or worse. Servers are only human and they make mistakes sometimes. But, they're rarely going to blame you for their mistakes. If they do, they're the ones being Karens and/or dicks.

There is a difference between complaining and normal trade interactions. Getting your order right is a normal trade interaction. It's also what you and we all deserve when we're laying out our hard earned money. And, the staff of these businesses want to get your order right, y'know. Yes, they want you to be understanding when they make a mistake. They also want to get it right. And, they neither want nore expect you to be afraid to expect what you paid for.
