I'm glad you can look on this episode with humor. I'm not sure I'd be able to do that if my husband left me like that. Of course, I wouldn't have ventured out into 100° temperatures. With my disability and constellation of debilitating health issues, I'd have needed a trip to the ER if I'd even have made it that half mile.
