In Genesis God also created night and day. That's not to say God created ONLY night and day. Remember, there are EIGHT genders for God in the Talmud. Binary gender is a construct of the patriarchy. God created male and female — and everything in between, just as God created night and day and everything in between. Non-binary has always existed in nature, as well. Neither God nor Creation has ever been binary.
Note also, even in Levitical law, there was never a death penalty for lesbians. Further, other ancient civilizations incorporated sex, and even religious prostitution, into their rites; that stricture was about ancient temple practices and infidelities that harmed family dichotomies. Moreover, qualified scholars agree that stricture was in no way about committed same-sex relationships. And — again — the one time Christ might have directly addressed same-sex relationships, He chose to praise and show PRIDE 🌈🏳️⚧️ in the Faithful Centurion and to heal his same-sex partner.
