Instead of pizza-dough, how about good pita bread (not pita-pockets)?

Go to Ali Stafford’s Pizza Every Friday Substack. She says to dab the taters on the top of the ready-to-bake crust; do not spread them all over. My mashed potatoes are super-duper-dabbers. Reminder: you can use store-bought dough. There is no need to add from-scratch pizza pastry to your crazy-ass long list of Thanksgiving cooking.
