It boggles the mind, doesn't it?

“Are we aliens because we are women?” ~Angelina Grimké Weld, said about women's equality, in an 1838 speech.

Angelina Grimké Weld and her elder sister Sarah Grimké were anti-slavery activists, as well as racial and gender equality activists – in spite of being born into the wealthy, slave-holding family of a South Carolina supreme court lead justice.

Women today are still fighting to be legally and equally recognized as fully actualized human beings. So are Black people.
