It can be if we get together and vote the GOP out of office across the nation. If we can gain a supermajority in state and federal government, we can undo the crap they've done. But, we have to wrest all power from the GOP.

And, if we can do that, maybe then we can move away from a two party system. As it stands now, the Democrat party is a big umbrella party. There are many groups within the party which would form their own if they could. A lot of folks voting Democrat do so in opposition to the GOP, rather than in support of specifically the Democrats. I think we need a mult-party system to force cooperative governance. If we had four or five substantive parties, no one party would be able hold such power as they do now.
