It does when I wear a bra. I rarely do so these days as I'm mostly homebound due to disability and health issues. However, no one makes a leisure bra for a J-cup. So, I wear a tank top, twisted through the neckline and held in place by the weight of the "monsters" – that's what my husband dubbed them when I was nursing our son. One of them was bigger than his little head! 🙄
