It really is beyond the pale. I am particularly camera shy – I have always been so, as far as I can recall.

Actually, it's a been bit of an issue sometimes. Even those who aren't sharing pictures of me still want me in photos of whatever events we're at together. There's kind of a thing of people trying to sneak pictures of me and me avoiding it like the preverbal plague. In college, my friends have a series of pictures of the flash of red hair belonging to "someone" ducking behind a door or an afghan, etc. I suppose it was very frustrating for them. I'm not even in that many of my own wedding photos.
