It really is disgusting the way the US Pharmaceutical companies rip us off. They sell the same product in other countries for a fraction of what they charge us and our insurance companies. Take Singulair, for example, by Merk. My son takes it here and it's $350 to his insurance company and $75 out of pocket to him for just thirty days. Meanwhile, a friend of his in the UK takes it and pays no out of pocket for 90 days. She happens to work in medical data entry and knows NHS is billed $75 for that 90 days – by the same goddamn Merk!
