It was a 5 to 4 decision. Five people ripped away our rights. One of the four, Justice Roberts, would still have upheld the Mississippi case without overturning Roe outright. But, Justices Bryer, Kagen, and Sotomayer dissented and voted against it – they voted to uphold our rights.
