It's never liked me either. I've been here since 2016 and never once got that top writer nod. I've only had five boosts and every one of them were followed by a precipitous decline in read-time and earnings for my other posts.

Maybe I'm paranoid. But, I've wondered if it has to do with me mildly butting heads with their developers when they stripped so many formatting controls out of Medium. I filed a complaint. They "explained" their reasoning. Instead of being a good little girl-person, I had the temerity to tell them where and why they were wrong. And, I have the inarguable background qualifications to know whereof I criticize.

Dudes, hate that.

And, even if I haven't continued direct communication with them, I didn't sit down and keep quiet about it. I persisted. I've since written a handful of posts pointing out those wrong choices. Nevertheless, I'll keep persisting.

I'm that kind of hard headed woman. How dare I? LOL
